“NIAB” LLC has established a super intensive horticulture farm in its 95-hectare area in Guba region since the beginning of 2019 with the application of modern technologies and equipment, as well as intensive methods. 1.5 km long asphalt road from Baku-Guba road, modern water reservoir with 40,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete lining, automatic fire extinguishing system and a separate 143 cubic meter reservoir for fire, 82 cubic meters of drinking water reservoir, automatic mode pumping station building, 100 ton scales, generator building for uninterrupted power supply, garage meeting modern requirements for equipment, workshop, etc. was built. In addition, 12,000 square meters of the area was asphalted, and all areas and buildings were equipped with video surveillance systems. There is a cold storage building with a total area of 5452 m² for washing, sorting, packaging and storage of fruits. Refrigerators can store a total of 3,500 tons of fruit. The services of the cold storage building are used not only by the enterprise, but also by other producers. The enterprise relies on the wide application of agricultural machinery, the latest technologies and highly qualified staff to achieve its goals. Modern tractors, sprayers, sprinklers, milling units and other equipment made in Turkey, Italy, the Netherlands, France, England and Japan with a total number of 20 were purchased for the establishment of the farm. Of the 95 hectares, 40 hectares of apple orchards, 11 hectares of pears, 11 hectares of cherries, 11 hectares of nectarines, 5 hectares of plums, 4 hectares of flat peaches, and 2 hectare of peaches were planted. High-yielding seedlings imported from Turkey were used in the project. A modern drip irrigation system has been built to save water resources. The enterprise annually produces 3,000-3500 tons of products, some of which are exported to foreign markets. In the future, it is planned to increase the area of fruit and expand exports. The main goal of NIAB LLC is to turn the NIAB brand into a symbol of high quality and unparalleled taste both in Azerbaijan and in foreign markets.

Sorting line

You can use our Turkish-made Tarend sorting line to sort the products you grow. Fruits are washed, dried and sorted with filtered water in automatic mode. It has the ability to sort by different calibers and colors in automatic mode.

Refrigerated warehouses

Thanks to our large refrigerated warehouses, we can offer the fruits we supply even after the season. You can also rent our warehouses.

Сardboard boxes production

We produce cardboard boxes for transporting fruits. The Q-1530 cardboard box production facility of the Spanish company "Boix" has already been put into operation. This modern production line has the ability to produce up to 1,800 cartons per hour with dimensions 565x380x130 mm, 565x380x155 mm and 565x380x175 mm. At the customer's request, it is possible to place the company's logo and other information on the boxes. Quality: five-layer white cardboxes

Hydrocooling/shocking

Hydrocooler is a hydrocooling/shocking machine designed for cooling cherries and storing them in cold storage. This machine can shock about 60 tons of cherries per day.
